Scope of Work
Removal of existing crossover, excavation, compacted base, concrete pour to Monash council specification, footpath reinstatement on both sides.
Preparation
Existing crossover was cracked and below council specification. We removed all existing material, excavated to correct depth and prepared the base to council requirements. Footpath on both sides was cut back and reinstated to match existing.
The Result
A new crossover and footpath reinstatement to Monash council specification. Clean, level and properly drained. Coordinated with the homeowner's driveway replacement completed at the same time.
