We work with exposed aggregate and two premium architectural finishes — honed and pavilion — for pool surrounds. Exposed aggregate is naturally slip-resistant with a wide range of stone options. Honed concrete is mechanically ground to expose the aggregate, creating a smooth, refined appearance with a subtle sheen — a slip-resistant sealer is applied for wet areas. Pavilion concrete is a more textured finish that retains greater surface grip, making it particularly suited to pool surrounds where slip resistance is the priority.

Drainage falls are critical around pools. We set accurate falls to ensure water drains away from the pool edge and doesn't pool on the surface. We also integrate drainage grates and transitions to adjacent surfaces as part of the job.
