Scope of Work
Part of a complete new build external concrete package. Exposed aggregate entertaining slab to the rear of the property, including excavation, compacted base, reinforcement, concrete pour and sealing. Coordinated with driveway and path works completed as part of the same package.
Preparation
Excavation to 200mm below finished level, 100mm compacted road base, reinforcement mesh on bar chairs. Accurate falls set to drain away from the house and towards the garden.
The Result
A large, consistent exposed aggregate entertaining slab with good drainage. The aggregate mix was selected to complement the home's exterior. Completed as part of a full external concrete package.
